The short version

This website sets no cookies. Nothing is stored on your device, nothing follows you between visits, and nothing tracks you across other websites. That is why you are not asked to accept or reject anything when you arrive.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to keep. Cookies are how sites remember a login, hold items in a basket, count visitors, or follow someone from site to site to target advertising.

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, a website in the UK must tell you about any cookie that is not strictly necessary, and must obtain your consent before setting it. The Village has nothing to ask consent for.

What this site does use

More detail on all of this is in the privacy notice.

Links away from this site

This page links to Google Maps, to the BACP register, and to the main practice website at divyaberry.co.uk. Those are separate organisations with their own cookies and their own policies, which apply as soon as you arrive there.

Controlling cookies generally

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies through its settings, usually under Privacy. Blocking cookies will not affect this site, because it sets none, but it may break sites that rely on them.

If this changes

If a booking system, analytics or any other tool is added later, this page will be updated first and a proper consent banner will appear before any non-essential cookie is set.
